1. Introduction

5. Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are prohibited from:

• Registering more than one Account per household or per device.
• Using a false name, the name of a third party or any alias not connected to a verified identity.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any non-human process to register or access an Account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. bu999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use results from your failure to keep those credentials confidential.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards, the Operator requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued identity document such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, bank account or other payment method linked to your Account.

7. Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your Account are processed in accordance with the payment methods made available in the Operator's cashier at the time of the transaction. The following payment methods are referenced as examples familiar to Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. 8. Withdrawals

Violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable law permits.

13. Intellectual Property

All content published on bu999 — including text, graphics, layout, design, trademarks, logos and code — is the intellectual property of bu999 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror or commercialise any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bu999. Game titles described on this Platform are generic and descriptive — they do not represent trademarked products and are used for illustrative purposes only.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu999 excludes all liability for:
